LRR Proteins

Human leucine-rich repeat (LRR)-containing proteins: a genome-wide bioinformatic
categorization and functional analysis in innate immunity

Below is a downloadable webpage containing the complete set of LRR proteins from Dataset S1. For each LRR protein, the webpage depicts the LRRs, predicted signal peptides and transmembrane regions, and non-LRR InterPro domains. Positioning the cursor over a domain provides the name and position of the domain as well as information specific to the domain type: for non-LRR domains, the InterPro score; for regular LRRs, the score and E-value as computed by HMMER for the assigned class; and for irregular LRRs, the score as determined by pattern-matching. In addition, regular LRRs outlined in black have an E-value of less than 0.1.
